    Advertising Terms on myepidoma.gr

    1. Parties

1.1 myepidoma.gr is operated by the sole proprietorship Konstantinos Zartaloudis, Agiou Ioannou 1, 551 32 Kalamaria, Greece, tax no. 136269874, tax office ΚΕΦΟΔΕ Thessaloniki, EU VAT no. EL136269874, contact@myepidoma.gr («we»). Our details are also on the «Provider details» page. 1.2 «You» are the business or professional who signs the «Advertising order» («Order»). We accept ads only from businesses and professionals, for their business. 1.3 If an agency orders for a client, the Order names both: who is advertised (the name shown in the ad) and who pays. The agency confirms it may bind its client and is liable together with the client for these terms.

    2. What the agreement consists of

2.1 The Order, these Terms and the myepidoma.gr Advertising Policy. If they differ, the Order prevails, then the Terms, then the Policy. 2.2 Your own general purchasing terms do not apply unless we accept them in writing. 2.3 The Greek text binds; the English translation is for convenience.

    3. How the agreement is made

3.1 You e-mail us the completed Order, signed (handwritten signature on a scan, a digital signature, or gov.gr «Digital document certification»), together with the ad material. 3.2 We review the ad and its landing page within 5 working days. We may ask for changes or for evidence of what the ad claims. 3.3 The agreement is made when we e-mail the «Order confirmation». It contains the final ad text, the pages where it will appear and the start date. Until then nobody is bound and nothing is owed. 3.4 Any change is made in writing; an e-mail from the addresses in the Order is enough.

    4. Where and how the ad appears

4.1 The ad appears on the benefit pages of the slot you chose in the Order. A slot is a topic (e.g. baby goods, e-bikes) in one reach: nationwide, one region or one municipality. 4.2 There is one ad space per page. While the agreement runs, only your ad appears in it. Exclusivity covers only the pages in the Order; on other pages we may accept other advertisers, including your competitors. 4.3 The space is in the main part of the page, after the benefit's amounts and dates and before «Details». It never appears inside the eligibility check, its result or the application steps. 4.4 Every visitor to a page sees the same ad. We never choose who sees it based on personal data, answers or check results, browsing history, or the visitor's device or location. 4.5 The ad always carries the label «Advertisement» («Διαφήμιση») and the advertiser's name as written in the Order. Under it is the note: «Shown because of this page's topic, not your answers. It does not affect the check and is not an endorsement by any public body or by myepidoma.» The label and the note are never removed or reduced. 4.6 The ad is a text card in the page's style: your name, a title, a short text and a button to your page. Character limits are in the Order. We do not accept code, scripts, pixels, iframes or images loaded from your server. 4.7 The ad's link goes through our address, which counts clicks, and then to your page. It carries rel="sponsored" and does not pass on the address of our page the visitor came from.

    5. Term and renewal

5.1 The ad starts on the start date in the confirmation and runs for the months in the Order, at least one. 5.2 If the Order provides for automatic renewal, the agreement renews for one more month each time. Either party may stop it by e-mail at least 10 days before the current month ends. 5.3 We announce a price change for later months by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not accept it, you may stop the agreement at the end of the last month before the change, at no cost.

    6. Price, invoicing, payment

6.1 The price is fixed per month and per slot, as written in the Order. It does not depend on visits, impressions or clicks. 6.2 Greek VAT of 24% is added. • A business established in another EU country with a valid VAT number in VIES: the invoice carries no Greek VAT and is marked «Reverse charge»; you account for the VAT in your country. • A business outside the EU: the invoice follows the place-of-supply rules. 6.3 We issue electronic invoices as tax law requires. • The first month's invoice is issued with the Order confirmation and is paid before the start; the ad starts when we receive the payment. • Each later month is invoiced on its first day and is payable within 10 days. 6.4 Payment only by bank transfer to the IBAN on the invoice, which is in our business's name. No cash, no payment to third parties, intermediaries or other accounts. No agency or other person collects money for us. 6.5 If you receive a message asking you to pay to a different IBAN, do not pay. First write to us in a new message, not a reply, at contact@myepidoma.gr. 6.6 If a payment is late, we notify you by e-mail. Five days after that notice we may pause the ad until the invoice is paid. Statutory late-payment interest and collection-cost compensation for commercial transactions are also due. Days paused for this reason are not refunded.

    7. Content of the ad and the landing page

7.1 The ad and the page it leads to («landing page») must: • (a) be true, accurate and lawful, and mislead neither by what they say nor by what they leave out; • (b) comply with Law 2251/1994 (consumer protection), P.D. 131/2003 (e-commerce), the Consumer Code of Ethics (P.D. 10/2017), the Greek Advertising-Communication Code and every rule that applies to your product or profession; • (c) bear in mind that myepidoma.gr is often visited by people going through hard times, older people and people with disabilities: no exploiting fear, need, trust or inexperience, and no pressure to decide quickly; • (d) not fall into a category the Advertising Policy excludes. 7.2 State programmes and benefits. The ad: • (a) does not look like a public body: no national emblem; no logos or names of ministries, municipalities, gov.gr or ΚΕΠ; no colours, layout or wording that look like an official page or notice; • (b) claims no approval it does not have: it does not say or imply that a public body or we approved, certified or recommend you, unless that is true and you can prove it. Example: «Programme X vouchers accepted» only if you really take part in the programme; • (c) does not present a benefit as your own offer: no state subsidy shown as your discount or offer, and no promise that the reader will get it; eligibility is decided by the competent body; • (d) asks for no codes or payment data for benefits: it does not offer to apply on the reader's behalf with the reader's codes, and does not ask for TAXISnet or e-banking codes, AMKA or card details to «check» or «pay out» a benefit; • (e) does not address the reader's personal situation: no reference to the reader's check result, health, debts or other personal situation (e.g. «Since you are eligible…»). 7.3 Offers. If the ad mentions a discount, gift or other offer, it must be clearly shown as an offer, and its conditions must be easy to find on the landing page. 7.4 Landing page. It must: • (a) be yours, use https, and show who you are and how to contact you; • (b) match what the ad says; • (c) contain no malware, automatic downloads, windows that cannot be closed or redirects to another site; • (d) comply with data protection and cookie law; you are the controller of the data you collect there. If you want to change the landing page or its address, tell us 3 working days in advance. 7.5 No data collection through the ad. The ad has no form, pixel, cookie or tracking code. The link carries no parameters that identify people; campaign-level parameters are allowed (e.g. utm_source=myepidoma). We give you no data about our visitors, and you do not ask for it. 7.6 Regulated professions. Lawyers, notaries, accountant-tax advisers, doctors and other professions with their own advertising rules also follow those rules (e.g. accountants do not compare their quality or fees with those of colleagues). 7.7 Rights in the material. You confirm you hold all rights in the material you give us: copyright, trade marks, images of persons.

    8. Review, approval, refusal and removal

8.1 Before publishing an ad, we review it and its landing page. Our review does not relieve you of your own responsibility (clause 13). 8.2 We may refuse an ad. We then write to you with the reason, the clause or rule not met and, where possible, what should change. 8.3 We may remove or pause a running ad if: • (a) we reasonably find it breaks the law, these terms or the Policy; • (b) the landing page changed and no longer meets clause 7; • (c) we receive a report or complaint that needs examination and there is a serious risk to readers; • (d) a court or authority asks us to; • (e) an invoice is unpaid (6.6). 8.4 We tell you by e-mail the same day at the latest: what we did, why, and what is needed to fix it. You may reply and ask us to look again; we answer within 5 working days. Once the ad is fixed, we restore it. 8.5 If the ad was removed through no fault of yours (e.g. a report proved unfounded), we refund or credit the lost days pro rata. If it was removed because you broke these terms, nothing is refunded for that month. 8.6 If we receive a report about your ad, we send you its content without the reporter's details. We may ask you to reply within 2 working days.

    9. Our duties as publisher

9.1 Every ad clearly shows that it is an ad and on whose behalf it appears (4.5). 9.2 We place no ads on pages about health, disability, poverty, bereavement, disasters or debt. 9.3 Ads use no cookies and do not track visitors. We count only how many times each ad was shown and clicked. 9.4 We accept reports about ads through the site's «Report illegal content» form and examine them without delay. Our point of contact for authorities and users is on the «Provider details» page.

    10. Editorial independence

10.1 Advertising never affects what we write about benefits, check results or their order, notifications, or «Private offers». We accept no requests to change our content, to mention you or to link to you outside the ad space. 10.2 We write what the official sources say about benefits, even when it does not suit you (e.g. a programme ends or changes). That is not a breach of the agreement. 10.3 You do not use the myepidoma.gr name or logo, and you do not say you are our «partner» or that we «recommend» or «approved» you, without our written consent.

    11. Changes to the site

11.1 We may change the design, page addresses and the place of the ad on the page. The ad stays similarly visible, labelled «Advertisement», and remains the only ad on the page. 11.2 A page may be removed or become ad-free, e.g. when a benefit ends or is merged with another, or when the page now concerns a sensitive topic. We then tell you and offer an equivalent page. If you decline, we refund or credit the remaining days pro rata. 11.3 If new pages are added to the same topic and reach, we may add them to your slot at no extra charge until the end of the current month. 11.4 If a change materially reduces the exposure you bought, you may end the agreement at once. We refund pro rata what you paid for the remaining days.

    12. Traffic, reports, no guaranteed results

12.1 We guarantee no number of visits, impressions, clicks or sales, and no search ranking. Figures on the «Advertise» page and in reports are estimates and do not predict future months. 12.2 Within 5 working days after each month we send you a report with aggregate figures for your slot: ad impressions, clicks, page views of the slot's pages and Google search visits to them. The report contains no personal data. 12.3 How we count: • an impression is each load of a page with the ad in a browser; it does not mean the visitor saw it; • a click is each opening of the link as recorded by our address; • page views come from the traffic Cloudflare records on its network; no measuring program runs on the visitor's device; • search visits come from Google Search Console. Bots are not always excluded. The figures are not audited by a third party. 12.4 If, for reasons on our side, the ad does not appear for more than 48 consecutive hours, we credit those days pro rata, if you ask within the following month.

    13. Liability

13.1 You are responsible for the ad's content, the landing page and your products and services. 13.2 If a third party, a consumer association or an authority acts against us because of the ad's content, the landing page or your products, you cover us for what we pay under a judgment, an administrative act or a settlement you approved, and for reasonable defence costs. We tell you at once, cooperate with you and do not settle without your consent. This cover does not apply to anything caused by our own fault (e.g. we changed the text without your approval or left out the «Advertisement» label). 13.3 We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, our liability is limited to what you paid for the last 3 months of the agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. 13.4 Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by force majeure (e.g. an internet or hosting outage, a cyber-attack, a natural disaster, an authority's decision). The credit in 12.4 still applies.

    14. Licence for your material

14.1 You give us, at no extra charge, a non-exclusive licence to use the ad material, with your name and trade marks, on the pages in the Order and only while the agreement runs. The licence covers reproduction, technical adaptation (size, format, layout) and publication. 14.2 We do not change the text without your written approval, apart from the technical adaptations in 14.1. 14.3 After the end we may keep a copy of the ad and screenshots of the page only as evidence, for as long as tax or legal reasons require. We do not use it as a sample or in our own promotion without your written consent. 14.4 Clause 13.2 also applies if someone claims your material infringes their rights.

    15. Personal data

15.1 For the agreement we use your contact persons' details (name, role, e-mail, phone) and the invoicing details, to perform the agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for our tax and accounting duties (Art. 6(1)(c)). Invoices go to ΑΑΔΕ (myDATA) and to our accountant. We keep the data for as long as tax law requires. More in the Privacy Policy. Please inform the people you give us as contacts. 15.2 We exchange no visitor data. Each party is separately responsible for the data it processes: we on myepidoma.gr, you on your landing page.

    16. Confidentiality

16.1 Each party keeps the other's non-public business information (e.g. prices) confidential, unless the law or an authority requires disclosure. The ad itself is public. 16.2 You may show our reports to your partners.

    17. End and termination

17.1 The agreement ends at the end of the Order's term or, if it renews automatically, when a party stops it under 5.2. 17.2 Either party may end the agreement at once by e-mail if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within 5 days of written notice. If the ad or landing page is illegal or dangerous to readers, no time to fix is given. 17.3 We may stop advertising on the whole site or on a group of pages with 30 days' notice; we then refund pro rata for the time the ad will not appear. 17.4 After the end we remove the ad by the next day at the latest.

    18. Assignment

18.1 You may not transfer the agreement without our written consent. 18.2 We may transfer it, with 30 days' notice, to a company that runs myepidoma.gr in place of our sole proprietorship. If you disagree, you may end the agreement at the end of the month.

    19. Notices and changes to these Terms

19.1 Notices are given by e-mail: to you at the addresses in the Order, to us at contact@myepidoma.gr. An e-mail is deemed received on the next working day after it is sent. 19.2 We may change these Terms for the future. We e-mail you at least 30 days before the changes apply; they apply from the first month that starts afterwards. If you do not accept them, you may end the agreement at the end of the month before they apply. Changes required by law or by an authority apply from when they are required.

    20. Governing law and courts

20.1 Greek law governs the agreement. 20.2 Before going to court, a party writes to the other and we try to find a solution within 15 days. 20.3 The courts of Thessaloniki have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the agreement. 20.4 If a clause is held invalid, the others remain in force. 20.5 The Order, these Terms and the Advertising Policy are our entire agreement on advertising.
