Programmes target registered unemployed and/or employees per call — check the current call’s terms.

Active training calls are published on the DYPA programmes page and voucher.gov.gr.

Apply for the programme
Apply online with TaxisNet codes within the call deadline. Keep the KAYAS number issued.

Pick a provider and start
After selection, choose a certified training provider. The allowance is paid on completing the required hours and certification.

- Sign in to gov.gr with your TAXISnet codes. You sign in ONLY through the official government page. Never enter your codes anywhere else.
- Fill in and submit the application. Enter your details, upload anything requested and submit. Keep the protocol number.

What it is
The DYPA page groups separate Recovery Fund training calls. Depending on the call, beneficiaries may be registered unemployed people or private-sector employees, while duration, hourly allowance, total amount and deadlines vary. There is no permanently open general application or single amount for every programme; applicants must check the active DYPA call. Among the programmes it lists is the 'Scale Up' open-type pilot training programme for the unemployed, limited to specific areas (Kastoria, Achaia, Serres, Rhodes, Perama, Keratsini-Drapetsona, Salamina) — check it separately, as it has its own area and age criteria.
On 12/10/2026 there is no open call for new participants; the latest one (employees, call 210494/08.03.2026, ADA Ρ5ΚΗ4691Ω2-ΟΨΤ, MIS 5227573) closed on 11/3/2026.
