What it is
A programme of DYPA and the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family to employ 200 unemployed people in the Social Welfare Centres, full time for 12 months.
Who: unemployed people registered in DYPA's digital register, who do not need to be receiving unemployment benefit, with a completed individual action plan. Greek citizens, EU citizens (with a Greek-language certificate), Northern Epirotes, Cypriots and ethnic Greeks from Constantinople, Imbros, Tenedos and Egypt. Men must have completed their military service or be lawfully exempt. You must not have completed the insurance time for a full old-age pension, nor have a conviction among those the decision lists.
Pay (gross, per month): up to €1,250 for university graduates (ΠΕ), €1,200 for technological graduates (ΤΕ), €1,170 for secondary education (ΔΕ) and €1,090 for compulsory education (ΥΕ).
Points: 1 for each month of unemployment (up to 12); points by income (from 30 for an individual income up to €3,500 down to 0 for a family income over €26,000); age 18–29: 35, 30–49: 25, 50 and over: 35; 10 for each minor child; 15 for a disability of 67% or more; +10 for each child with a disability.
When: the Ministry sends its data to DYPA within 30 days of the decision's publication (by 14/10/2026); then comes DYPA's inclusion decision and its public call, after approval by ASEP. Until then there are no applications.
