Employee of a business that was declared bankrupt, placed in (insurance) liquidation, or closed permanently due to insufficient assets, with unpaid wages within the critical 6-month period. Application within 6 months of the publication of the decision.
Up to 3 months' pay (wages, holiday bonuses, leave allowance) within the critical six-month period; severance pay is not covered
