DYPA Work Benefit — Extension of Unemployment Benefit on Re-employment

You were hired in full-time paid employment, before your unemployment benefit ended, by an employer you had not worked for in the previous 2 years; you have not received the work allowance in the last 3 years. It must be declared within 8 days of being hired, before the original benefit ends. It applies to hires from 29/12/2022. It also covers beneficiaries of special categories of DYPA (Public Employment Service) benefit/assistance: tour guides, private-duty nurses, forestry workers, abattoir workers made redundant, as well as the e-EFKA assistance for self-employed/independently employed people. Half of the unemployment benefit, +10% per dependant, for the period of unemployment benefit that was still remaining. Application period: no fixed deadline.
