e-EFKA pensioners (except the State, other than the former TAKE for clergy) receive it without other conditions. Active insured persons also need insurance time depending on their former fund (former IKA-ETAM 350 days in the last 4 years or 1,000 days at any time; former OAEE 40 months + insurance eligibility; former OGA 12 months before the disability + no other pension).
