Applications have not opened. The terms and the application platform will be announced with the joint ministerial decision; the first distribution phase is planned for November–December 2026.

What it is
Achaia Pass 2026–2027 is a new State Relief measure (article 6B of Law 4797/2021) for the areas of the Regional Unit of Achaia hit by extensive wildfires in June, July and August 2025. It is given to adults as a tax-free digital card that cannot be seized, usable only for electronic transactions inside the affected areas, with an emphasis on tourism, food and drink and transport.
The decision including the operation (14/10/2026) provides for 3,333 cards of €150: 1,667 for Achaia Pass A (Municipality of Patras) and 1,666 for Achaia Pass B (Municipalities of West Achaia and Erymanthos). Distribution will take place in two phases: November–December 2026 and March–April 2027. The credit is made by EDYTE through a dedicated application on gov.gr and the card is issued by banks.
The detailed terms (who exactly qualifies, how to apply and how people are selected) will be set by a joint ministerial decision, which has not been issued yet.
