The Municipality of Karpenisi runs the municipal bus on 9 routes from the municipality's villages to Karpenisi and back (e.g. Karpenisi – Prousos – Kastania – Prodromos – Karpenisi, Kleitsos – Vracha – Fourna – Karpenisi), plus one route Kleitsos – Vracha – Fourna – Lamia. Buses run on set days from 11/05/2026 to 18/12/2026, as listed in the timetable the municipality has posted.
