What it is
The LAE/OPEKA 2026 programme (Workers' Social Benefits Account / Organisation for Welfare Benefits and Social Solidarity) provides free tickets for performances at participating theatres. From 7 September 2026, unused vouchers are redistributed at KEP (Citizen Service Centres), on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last, to those who applied to the 2026 theatre programme and were not selected in the draw.
