See the result of your application on the Agrotiki Estia platform or through a KEP (Citizen Service Centre).

Find a participating bookshop
Use the LAE/OPEKA list of providers.

Choose the books
The limit is €20 for each adult beneficiary and €40 for each eligible child.

Collect in the redistribution from 7/10/2026 (only 2026 applicants not drawn)
Show your social security number (AMKA) and your police ID card at the participating bookshop or publisher. Someone collecting for you also needs an authorisation with your signature certified by a public authority.

What it is
The 2026 LAE (Agrotiki Estia Account)/OPEKA (Organisation for Welfare Benefits and Social Solidarity) programme covers 117,000 beneficiaries. Each adult beneficiary can obtain books of their choice worth €20 in total and each eligible child books worth €40, from participating bookshops and publishers. Those drawn could collect the books until 30 September 2026. Since Wednesday 7 October 2026 the unused books are redistributed to 2026 applicants who were not drawn, first come first served at the participating bookshops and publishers, until the approved number of beneficiaries is reached. Those drawn who did not collect their books by 30/9/2026 cannot take part in the redistribution. At collection you need your social security number (AMKA) and your police ID card.
