Home Renovation: applications open for closed homes
Holders of a valid eligibility certificate for a closed home can submit a funding application until 11/01/2027 on anakainisi.tee.gov.gr, with their TAXISnet credentials. Open homes will follow with a new call.
What it means for you
The system records the date and time of each application. If the money does not cover every application, those submitted earlier come first (TEE call 56009/27.10.2026). If you hold a valid certificate, do not leave your application to the last days.
