Up to 120 instalments on tax and e-EFKA debts: bill tabled

A Ministry of National Economy and Finance bill tabled in Parliament provides, in articles 35 and 36, that the schemes of law 5313/2026 for tax and e-EFKA debts will allow up to «one hundred and twenty» instalments instead of «seventy-two». It also provides that debts «up to 31.12.2024» can be included and that applications are made «by 30.6.2027». The bill has not been passed yet. Until it is passed and published in the Government Gazette, the 72-instalment schemes apply.
