Log in to the KEAO e-services
With your Taxisnet credentials choose settlement type 795 «ΡΥΘΜΙΣΗ ΒΑΣΕΙ Ν. 5313/26 ΑΡΘΡ. 22 (72 ΔΟΣΕΙΣ)» and the number of instalments. Apply by 31/12/2026.

What it is
Under Article 22 of Law 5313/2026, debts to e-EFKA and the other social-security bodies relating to periods up to 31 December 2023 can be settled in up to 72 monthly instalments. Debts that were not under a settlement on 21 April 2026 and have not been put into a settlement by the time of the application qualify.
The minimum monthly instalment is €30. Instead of surcharges, interest is charged at the rate of the standing settlement of Law 4152/2013. The first instalment is due by the last working day of the month of the application. The settlement is lost, among other cases, if two consecutive instalments are not paid or if the last two instalments are more than two months late.
Apply online by 31/12/2026 through the KEAO e-services (settlement type 795 «ΡΥΘΜΙΣΗ ΒΑΣΕΙ Ν. 5313/26 ΑΡΘΡ. 22 (72 ΔΟΣΕΙΣ)»). For debts to the former NAT (seafarers' fund) and to bodies that have not passed their debts to KEAO, apply to that body. For debts from 1/1/2024 onwards there is the standing settlement in up to 24 instalments.
