What it is
Action "Equipment to make moving easier" of intervention Π2-55.3 "Rationalising the seasonal moving of bee colonies" of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027. It subsidises replacement hives, up to 10% of the hives you hold, and separate mobile hive bases, up to 20%. Each item must be marked "Καν. 2021/2115/ - 20..".
Who: active beekeepers with at least 20 hives.
Purchases invoiced from 16 October of the previous year to 30 May of the aid year are eligible. The application goes with the invoices into the Ministry of Rural Development and Food online application. The Beekeeping Centres can help.
Amount for 2025: €21.01 per eligible replacement hive and €5.09 per eligible mobile base. The amount is set every year according to the budget and the number of applications.
