The Municipality of Chania offers free training with PE teachers, daily 14:00–16:00 at the Chania National Stadium, for Lykeio year-3 pupils and graduates taking the athletic tests for military academies and sports-science schools (SEFAA). Training starts on 19/10/2026 and runs until June 2027.

What it is

For the 2026–2027 school year the Sports Office of the Municipality of Chania runs a free athletic preparation programme for Lykeio year-3 pupils and graduates of earlier years who want to enter military academies or sports-science schools (SEFAA). Training is led by PE teachers at the Chania National Stadium, daily 14:00–16:00, from Monday 19 October 2026 until June 2027.

To join, bring to the Sports Office (Kladisos indoor gym): an application, a cardiologist's certificate (or a valid athlete health card), a solemn declaration and one photo. Information: 28213 41790, daily 09:00–13:00. The announcement does not require you to live in the Municipality of Chania.
