What it is
Unemployed people registered with DYPA (Public Employment Service) (valid unemployment card) and people with disabilities, within the area of OASA (Athens Urban Transport Organisation) (Attica), can get a free fare on their personalised ATH.ENA card for public transport in Athens. First you issue your personalised ATH.ENA card, and then you load the free fare via Taxisnet. Application period: valid annually, with card renewal.
