How to apply
The steps to apply yourself. Free: you don’t need to pay anyone.
Required Documents
Installer's Declaration (YDE) — only if you claim the charger subsidy
DEDDIE grid-connection/notification form — only if you claim the charger subsidy
Step by step
- 1
Check the conditions before you buy
The vehicle must be fully electric (BEV), of category M1 or N1, with a pre-tax retail price of up to €50,000, bought or taken on long-term lease by an individual. Purchases with an invoice date from 7/6/2025 onwards are eligible. The application is submitted after the purchase, not before.
Open the page - 2
Check the list of eligible vehicles and chargers
Before you finalise the purchase, open the platform's 'Useful Files' section and check the list of eligible passenger vehicles (BEV) and the list of eligible chargers, so you can confirm that the model and charger you are considering are covered by the scheme.
Open the page - 3
Gather the required documents
You will need an ID card or passport, proof of IBAN, the purchase invoice or receipt — or the long-term lease agreement — and the registration certificate of the new vehicle. If you are trading in an old vehicle or claiming an extra bonus for disability, age up to 29, or three or more dependent children, prepare those supporting documents too. The full list is in the platform's 'Useful Files' section.
Open the page - 4
Submit the application online
Log in to kinoumeilektrika3.gov.gr with your Taxisnet codes, fill in your details and the vehicle's details, upload the documents and submit the application. Applications are accepted until 31/12/2026, or earlier if the scheme's budget runs out, so do not delay submitting after the purchase.
Open the page - 5
Wait for your application to be checked
Your application is checked and then either approved or rejected. The check usually takes several months. Follow your application's progress inside the platform and respond promptly if you are asked for additional information.
- 6
If approved, the subsidy goes to your account
If your application is approved, the subsidy amount, together with any extra bonuses you are entitled to, is paid into the bank account (IBAN) you declared in the application.

What it is
Move Electrically 3 subsidises the purchase or long-term lease of a fully electric car with a retail price before tax of up to €50,000: a €3,000 base bonus for individuals, plus extra bonuses (scrappage, charger and others). Applications are accepted until 31/12/2026, or earlier if the budget runs out.
The 3rd cycle of Move Electrically subsidises the purchase or long-term lease of a fully electric car of category M1 or N1, with a retail price before tax of up to €50,000. For individuals the base green bonus is €3,000. There are extra amounts of €1,500 for scrapping an old vehicle, €400 for a smart charger, €1,000 for people with disabilities, €500 for young people up to 29, and €1,000 for three dependent children or €2,000 for more than three. Children give an extra bonus and are not a general condition for taking part. There is no general income limit. Applications are accepted until 31/12/2026, or earlier if the scheme's budget (€76,000,000) runs out. The charger subsidy (€400, or the purchase price before VAT if lower) is claimed only in the same application as the purchase/lease of the M1/N1 vehicle (it cannot be submitted separately), for a "smart" charger that can be controlled remotely via the OCPP v1.6 protocol or newer; the installation is documented with the Installer's Declaration (YDE) and the DEDDIE connection/notification form.
