   Check the category and conditions before you buy

   The subsidy covers the purchase of a new electric two-, three- or four-wheeler in category L by an individual. The subsidy rate and the maximum amount differ according to the vehicle category (L1e-L4e or L5e-L7e). Purchases with an invoice date from 7/6/2025 onwards are eligible, and the application is submitted after the purchase.

   Check the list of eligible models

   Before you finalise the purchase, open the platform's 'Useful Files' section and check the list of eligible type L vehicles by category, so you can confirm that the model you are considering is covered by the scheme.

   Gather the required documents

   You will need an ID card or passport, proof of IBAN, the purchase invoice or receipt and the registration certificate of the new vehicle. For the extra top-ups — disability, three or more dependent children, age up to 29 for L6e-L7e, trading in an old vehicle, buying an extra battery — prepare the relevant supporting documents too.    Submit the application online

   Log in to kinoumeilektrika3.gov.gr with your Taxisnet codes, fill in your details and the vehicle's details, upload the documents and submit the application. Applications are accepted until 31/12/2026, or earlier if the scheme's budget runs out.

   Wait for the check and, if approved, the payment

   Your application is checked and then either approved or rejected. The check usually takes several months. If it is approved, the subsidy amount, together with any extra top-ups you are entitled to, is paid into the bank account (IBAN) you declared.

• Sign in to gov.gr with your TAXISnet codes. You sign in ONLY through the official government page. Never enter your codes anywhere else.
• Fill in and submit the application. Enter your details, upload anything requested and submit. Keep the protocol number.
• Track your application. Progress and the final decision appear in your account on the authority / gov.gr.
