What it is
The Natural Disaster Recovery Microloans Fund (TEPIX III) of the Hellenic Development Bank gave loans of €3,000–€25,000 to businesses with an eligible activity code (KAD), a seat or branch in the Region of Thessaly and set up at least 1 year before applying, whether or not they had suffered material damage. Term 12–96 months (with a grace period of up to 6 months); the Fund covered 75% of the principal of each loan interest-free, with no collateral, and gave a mentoring grant of up to €900 per tax number (AFM). Applications opened on 30/10/2025 through the KYC and OPSKE platforms. Applications have closed because the available budget ran out.
