What it is
SEAJETS runs a programme of permanent discounts, which it says are not seasonal offers. Besides the discounts all ferry companies give (students, large families, people with disabilities), it gives:
- three-child families: 30% in economy class on high-speed ships (Silver / Eco) and in economy and numbered seats on conventional ships; 50% on subsidised lines (on high-speed ships Eco only);
- NAT (seafarers’ pension fund) pensioners: 50% in the same classes (on conventional ships also in the first-class lounge); it also applies to the pensioner’s spouse if named in the pension decision.
Three-child families show their ID card and a three-child card from a recognised association or, without one, a family status certificate or a certificate from an official body.
