Zagori: Christos Athanasiadis bequest scholarships of the Vrysochori community, 2024-25 and 2025-26
The Municipality of Zagori offers scholarships of EUR 14,000 per academic year (2024-25 and 2025-26), shared equally, for lower and upper secondary pupils, university students and postgraduates up to 30 who are on the municipal roll of the Vrysochori community.

File the application and documents within 45 days of the call's publication (in a newspaper, on the municipal website and notice boards).

What it is
The Municipal Committee of Zagori, as managing committee of the bequest, approved (decision 228/2026) a call for scholarships for the academic years 2024-2025 and 2025-2026. The amount is EUR 14,000 per academic year for all beneficiaries together, shared equally.
Eligible: (a) lower and upper secondary pupils in the Ioannina prefecture on the municipal roll of the Vrysochori community; (b) graduates of Ioannina-prefecture Lykeia admitted to a university, on the Vrysochori roll; (c) graduates of any Lykeio in Greece admitted to a university who have been on the community roll for at least five years; (d) those of them continuing to postgraduate studies in Greece or abroad, for four years and up to age 30.
The application, with a certificate of studies and a certificate of being on the Vrysochori roll, is filed at the Municipality of Zagori offices within 45 days of the call's publication. For minors the guardian applies; state the academic years you apply for.
