Student Loan Guaranteed by the European Investment Fund (EIF) — National Bank of Greece
A loan of €300 to €30,000 with no guarantor or collateral, only for students, for tuition, books and living costs in undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral or post-secondary studies or skills seminars. The EIF guarantee lowers the interest rate; the student must have personal income.

What it is
A private company's offer, not a state benefit. A National Bank of Greece student loan guaranteed by the European Investment Fund (EIF, InvestEU Skills & Education), only for students. It covers tuition, exam fees, study material, books and living costs (e.g. rent, transport) for undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies, post-secondary education (e.g. public/private IEK vocational institutes, colleges), digital/green skills seminars and professional seminars of certified bodies. Amount from 300 to 30,000 euros, variable rate 3-month Euribor plus a 2.8% margin (plus the 0.60% Law 128/75 levy), repayment in 12-48 months for amounts up to 3,000 euros and 12-84 months for larger ones, with an optional grace period of up to 12 months. Under the EIF guarantee terms no parent or other guarantor and no collateral is accepted, so the student must declare their own income, enough to service the loan. The bank approves each case and a «Spoudazo» deposit account is opened in your name with the application.
