What it is
Apply to the Municipality with your identity card, certificate of residence, a medical report on your state of health/ability to look after yourself, and a social assessment/certificate from the social services. Income and age criteria apply (the limits are set by the municipality). Priority is given to people at risk of institutionalisation or social exclusion.
