From 1 September to 30 November each year you bring the documents again.

What it is
The Municipal Water and Sewerage Company of Alexandroupoli (DEYAA) cuts water and sewerage fees by 50% (DEYAA board decision 210/2011, approved with the fees by the Municipal Council) for:
- large families as defined by law (including a parent without a spouse with three children);
- three-child families with children up to 18, or up to 23 if studying, and family income up to €35,000;
- single-parent families with yearly family income up to €18,000;
- families where the applicant or the children have a disability of 80% or more, with yearly family income up to €35,000.
The water and sewerage account must be in the name of the consumer. You apply online (e-DEYAA, without logging in), by e-mail, by post or at the DEYAA offices. The documents are re-checked every year from 1 September to 30 November.
