ΕΙΔΙΚΟ ΤΙΜΟΛΟΓΙΟ ΥΔΡΕΥΣΗΣ-ΑΠΟΧΕΤΕΥΣΗΣ ΓΙΑ ΕΥΠΑΘΕΙΣ ΟΜΑΔΕΣ»: «Παρέχεται έκπτωση 50% στην κατανάλωση νερού από το πρώτο κυβικό για τις εξής ομάδες καταναλωτών: 1) Πολύτεκνοι μέχρι και το 24ο έτος του μικρότερου τέκνου της οικογένειας. 2) Τρίτεκνοι για όσο διάστημα έχει η οικογένεια τρία προστατευόμενα τέκνα. 3) Στα πολυμεταγγιζόμενα άτομα που πάσχουν από μεσογειακή ή δρεπανοκυτταρική αναιμία. 4) Στα άτομα που υπόκεινται σε αιμοκάθαρση. 5) Στα άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες με αναπηρία από 80% και άνω. 6) Στα οικονομικά αδύναμα άτομα (όσοι είναι δικαιούχοι του Επιδόματος Κοινωνικής Αλληλεγγύης). 7) Μονογονεικές οικογένειες με ανήλικα τέκνα.»

Go to the DEYA Arta offices with the certificates for your group to activate the discount.
Good to know
- Sign in to gov.gr with your TAXISnet codes. You sign in ONLY through the official government page. Never enter your codes anywhere else.
- Fill in and submit the application. Enter your details, upload anything requested and submit. Keep the protocol number.
- Track your application. Progress and the final decision appear in your account on the authority / gov.gr.

What it is
DEYA Arta applies a special social tariff with 50% off water consumption from the first cubic metre. DEYA prices are set by board decisions 146/2021 and 214/2022; the special-tariff groups are set in decision 146/2021.
Who qualifies:
- large families, until the youngest child turns 24;
- three-child families, as long as there are three dependent children;
- people with a disability or blindness of 80% or more;
- kidney patients on dialysis;
- people who need regular transfusions (thalassaemia or sickle-cell anaemia);
- people on low incomes, that is recipients of the social solidarity benefit (now the Minimum Guaranteed Income);
- single-parent families with minor children.
To activate the discount you bring the certificates for your group to the DEYA Arta offices.
