DEYA Farsala – Special water tariff for people with a disability
DEYA Farsala gives 50% off from the first cubic metre to people with a disability above 67% up to 99%, and charges only the fixed charge to people with a 100% disability and to families with two disabled members.

Bring the KEPA certification and proof of identity. When the certification expires, bring the new one yourself.

What it is
By decision 40/2025 of the DEYA Farsala board, approved by the Farsala Municipal Committee (decision 405/2025), a special tariff policy was set for consumers with a disability:
- disability above 67% up to 99%: 50% off from the first cubic metre;
- 100% disability: only the fixed charge is billed;
- two people with a disability in the same family, whatever the percentage: only the fixed charge is billed.
You bring to DEYA Farsala the disability certification result (KEPA) and proof of identity. Renewing the documents is the beneficiary's responsibility.
The case of two people with a disability in the same family is not checked here, because we do not ask how many family members have a disability: if it applies to you, ask DEYA Farsala for the special tariff with the KEPA decisions of both.
