If you are already on the Social Water Tariff against Poverty, you are included automatically. Otherwise apply to DEYA Kozani to join the KTYAF and the KTT.

What it is
By board decision 440/2025, approved by the Kozani Municipal Council, DEYA Kozani set up a Social District-Heating Tariff (KTT), retroactively from the 2025-2026 heating season.
The KTT automatically includes those who have district heating and, in the same period, are on the Social Water Tariff against Poverty (KTYAF), i.e. the social water tariff for Minimum Guaranteed Income recipients. For new inclusions an application and inclusion in the KTYAF are enough.
The discount is 50% off the current price for the first 10 MWh of the heating season; above 10 MWh the normal price applies. For those already included it is applied with a credit note after the last settlement bill of the season is paid, which reduces the first bill of the next season. The condition is paying all debts to DEYA Kozani on time.
