What it is
The Municipal Water, Sewerage and District Heating Company of Lavreotiki (DEYATIL) has tariffs for vulnerable groups with 50% off the household charge category. The new tariff policy, approved by the Lavreotiki Municipal Committee in March 2026, kept the groups as set in 2018:
- the needy, with a certificate from the municipal Social Service;
- three-child families (as treated like large families under article 6 of law 3454/2006) with family income up to €15,000;
- large families (including a parent without a spouse with three children, whom the law treats as a large family) registered with ASPE, with family income up to €20,000;
- single-parent families with dependants and family income up to €15,000;
- people with a disability from 67% to 100% and family income up to €20,000.
You must be registered in, or have your main home in, the Municipality of Lavreotiki. For people with disabilities the inclusion lasts as long as the disability certification. Any change must be reported to DEYATIL at once, otherwise the debt is charged for the last five years.
