DEYA Sparti applies a special tariff for three groups of consumers:
- people with a disability of 80% or more (KEPA opinion): 50% off the water charge;
- three-child and large families, i.e. families with three or more children, until the youngest child turns 25: 50% off the water charge;
- needy people with personal annual income up to €3,600: the first 20 m³ of water free; they bring the tax assessment every year.
The documents (last paid bill, family-status certificate or KEPA opinion, solemn declaration of permanent residence, identity card) are filed with DEYA Sparti.
