What it is
The new 2026-2029 tariff policy of DEYA Thasos (board decision 90/2026, approved by the Thasos Municipal Council) widens the reduced tariff: the cut is 70% of the price of each consumption band of category A.
Beneficiaries:
- large families, i.e. families with 3 or more children (family-status certificate);
- kidney patients (medical opinion);
- needy people, under the ELSTAT income criteria (reviewed every 3 years);
- people with a disability above 67% (medical opinion).
Conditions: an application for one supply only with the supporting documents; only for the main and permanent home (shown by the E1); the property must belong to the applicant. The discounts cover the water and sewerage consumption charges, not the fixed charges.
