What it is
The Tripoli water utility applies special social charges in its 2026-2030 tariff policy (board decision 4/2026, approved by the Tripoli Municipal Committee with decision 284/2026):
- Large families: 65% off.
- People with disabilities (with KEPA certificates): 65% off.
- Three-child families: 35% off.
The discount applies to the water charge per cubic metre, the water standing charge, the sewerage standing charge and the sewerage charge. It is granted with the documents and renewed every year.
