DEYA Tyrnavos – Special water tariffs for large families, disabled people and single parents
DEYA Tyrnavos charges a special lower tariff (€0.21 per m³ for the first 70 m³) to large families, people with a disability above 67% and single-parent families with annual income up to €10,000.

What it is
With its 2026 tariff policy (board decision 114/2025, approved by the Tyrnavos Municipal Committee) DEYA Tyrnavos keeps three special categories with lower prices than households (A1: €0.41 for 1-70 m³, €0.63 for 71-200, €0.90 from 201 m³):
- A4 large families;
- A5 people with a disability above 67%;
- A7 single-parent families with annual income up to €10,000.
Under the law (ν. 3454/2006) a parent without a spouse with three dependent children also counts as a large family.
Prices of the three categories: €0.21 per m³ for 1-70 m³, €0.30 for 71-120, €0.63 for 121-200 and €0.90 from 201 m³, with a monthly fixed charge of €1.00 (VAT excluded). Bills are issued every three months across the Municipality of Tyrnavos. To join a special category you apply to DEYA Tyrnavos.
