What it is

The tariff policy of DEYA North Corfu (board decision 7-64/2025, approved by the Municipal Council) includes a Social Household Tariff (KOT) I: 50% off the household tariff, for homes only and only for the first 35 m³ of consumption per two months.

Conditions: the consumption is for the main home; the supply is in the name of the beneficiary or the spouse; the social electricity tariff has already been granted by PPC (DEI).

Beneficiaries:

  • people with annual total household income below €12,000;
  • three-child and large families with dependent children not over 24, with household income below €25,000;
  • long-term unemployed (continuously unemployed for more than 12 months on 30/11), with household income below €12,000 not counting wages from before the unemployment;
  • people with a disability of 67% or more, or with dependants with a disability of 80% or more, with household income below €25,000;
  • needy people listed in a poverty register (e.g. the welfare department).
