That the family lives permanently in that community of the Municipality of Agrafa.
Proof of main and permanent residence
For example a recent electricity, water or landline bill, a valid electronic lease of the main residence, or a tax document showing the declared main residence.
Solemn declaration of the applicant
That the family really and permanently lives in the Municipality of Agrafa, that the declared home is its main residence, that the details are true and that no other application was made for the same package and child.

What it is
The Municipality of Agrafa continues its partnership with KIDSCOM S.A. in 2026 (the Memorandum of Cooperation was renewed by Municipal Council decision 35/2026). Every new birth that meets the conditions receives a free baby-equipment package worth up to 1,000 EUR in total: a pram, a high-safety ECE R129 car seat and a carrycot. It is for families with a child born in 2026 who really and permanently live within the Municipality of Agrafa. Being registered as a citizen of the municipality, family origin or owning property there is not enough on its own without real, permanent residence. The package is given through the municipality once permanent residence is certified. Applications were made from Monday 14 to Wednesday 30 September 2026. The renewed Memorandum of Cooperation runs from June to December 2026; no new application period has been announced.
