What it is
By council decision 160/2025, which approved Municipal Committee decision 414/2025 on the 2026 water and sewerage charges, the Municipality of Paiania keeps special prices under article 5 of its Water Regulation:
- large families: €0.70 per m³ for all consumption;
- needy people: €0.70 per m³.
The general tariff (per quarter) is €0.70 for 0-30 m³, €0.98 for 31-60, €1.20 for 61-80, €1.40 for 81-100 and €2.55 from 101 m³, with a fixed charge of €7 per quarter. The conditions for large families and the needy are set in the municipal Water Regulation; ask the water service whether the needy also get free cubic metres.
