The Municipality of Monemvasia decided not to change water, irrigation and sewerage charges for 2026 and to keep the prices of decision 221/2024 (Municipal Council decision 163/2025). In the special categories:
- Large families and people with disabilities: 30% off for use up to 200 cubic metres per six months.
- Three-child families: 30% off for use up to 150 cubic metres per six months.
The sewerage charge is 95% of the water charges. The decision states neither a disability percentage nor the documents: ask the Municipality.
