«Epicheiro Sterea»: grants for existing micro, small and medium firms in Central Greece (ESPA)
Grants for investment plans of EUR 30,000–400,000 (de minimis) or EUR 200,000–800,000 (GBER) for existing SMEs started before 30/06/2023 with two closed financial years (2023, 2024), investing in the Region of Central Greece in a smart-specialisation sector. Apply in ΟΠΣΚΕ by 30/10/2026.

The funding application is filed only online in the state-aid information system ΟΠΣΚΕ, by 30/10/2026, with the call's documents. An adviser or accountant usually helps.

What it is
The «Epicheiro Sterea» action of the «Central Greece 2021-2027» programme supports existing micro, small and medium firms that will carry out an investment plan in the Region of Central Greece linked to a smart-specialisation sector (modernisation, exports, innovation, energy efficiency, circular economy, new jobs).
Conditions at submission: registered with AADE before 30/06/2023; two complete closed financial years (2023 and 2024) with settled E3 and N forms; at least one eligible activity code (main or secondary) in 2024 and up to the application; the investment in an eligible code of Annex I.
The aid is given under de minimis (EU 2023/2831) or under the General Block Exemption Regulation (EU 2014/651); aid rates are in Chapter 8 of the call.
