What it is
With its decision on the 2026 water and sewerage fees (8/2026), the Megalopoli Municipal Council sets a social tariff with reduced consumption prices:
- large families: 50% off the price of the water used, not the standing charge, for one supply per large family only (with a certificate from the Large Families Association);
- the needy and people with disabilities, as defined by law: 50% off;
- three-child families, as defined by law: 20% off.
You apply to the municipality with the documents for your group. The municipality approves the applications by decision.
