What it is
By council decision 145/2025 on the 2026 water charges, the Municipality of South Pelion applies a «Reduced tariff -50% (disabled people, three-child families, the needy)» in every municipal unit:
- Sipiada, Argalasti and Afetes: €0.25 per m³ for 0-50 m³, €0.35 for 51-100, €0.50 for 101-200, €0.75 for 201-300 and €0.93 above 300 (instead of €0.50-1.85);
- Milies: €0.05 per m³ for 0-120 m³ and €0.50 above 120 (instead of €0.10 and €1.00);
- Trikeri: €0.25 for 0-10 m³, €0.50 for 11-20 and €1.00 above 20 (instead of €0.50, €1.00 and €2.00).
The annual fixed water charge is €40 for everyone (€20 per six months). To join the reduced tariff contact the municipal water service with your documents.
