Apply to the Revenue Department of the Municipality of Sifnos
The first time you apply to join with the documents. The reduction applies from the day of the application.

Renew every year by 30 June
You bring your tax return; if your income is within the limits, the reduction is renewed.

What it is
For 2026 the Municipality of Sifnos cuts by 50% the water and sewerage fees of the first or main home (Municipal Council decision 32/2026) for:
- people with a disability of 67% or more;
- three-child and large families with declared family income up to €25,000, +€3,000 for each child beyond three;
- needy people who hold a poverty booklet;
- single-parent families with yearly family income up to €20,000, +€3,000 for each child;
- people who demonstrably need life-support equipment at home, with yearly family income up to €30,000.
The first time you apply to join the reduced tariff with the documents. The reduction applies from the day of the application, not backdated, for one year. Every year, by 30 June, you bring your tax return to renew it.
