If your water bill comes from the Association, file an application with the ASPE certificate or the KEPA certificate.

What it is
By board decision 22/2025 on the 2026 water charges, the Ioannina Basin Water Association cuts the charges by 50%:
- for large families, as defined by law (ν. 3454/2006 also counts a parent without a spouse with three dependent children);
- for families where they or dependent members have a disability above 67%.
The cut applies from 1/1/2026 until a later decision. The Association's household price is €0.80 per m³, with a fixed charge of €6.20 a month including VAT (€18.60 on quarterly bills). It concerns those who receive their water bill directly from the Association, which supplies DEYA Ioannina and the Municipalities of Zitsa and Dodoni.
