Cleaning/Lighting Fee Reduction or Exemption for Vulnerable Groups (Municipality of Hydra)

By Municipal Council decision 108/2025, the Municipality of Hydra reduces or waives the municipal cleaning and street-lighting fees for 2026 for the following categories, depending on taxable household income: people in need: full exemption. Large families (4+ children): full exemption up to €12,000.00, 50% exemption from €12,000.01 to €30,000.00. People with a disability of 67% or more: full exemption up to €12,000.00, 50% exemption from €12,000.01 to €18,000.00. People with a disability of 80% or more: full exemption up to €25,000.00. Families with 3 children: full exemption up to €12,000.00, 50% exemption from €12,000.01 to €25,000.00. Single-parent families: full exemption up to €12,000.00, 50% exemption from €12,000.01 to €20,000.00. Beneficiaries of the Social Residential Tariff (Law 4320/2015): 50% exemption.
