IKY Scholarships for Foreign Undergraduate Students in Greek-taught Programmes of Greek Universities (ESPA, EKP46, Greek: ΕΚΠ46)
Pilot scholarship programme for about 130 foreign undergraduate students who live permanently abroad and study in Greek-taught programmes of Greek universities, for the whole normal length of their studies. Terms and the application will be set by a joint ministerial decision and an IKY call.

What it is
The programme will award scholarships to foreign undergraduate students who live permanently abroad and study in Greek-taught degree programmes of Greek universities (4, 5 or 6 years). The scholarship covers the whole normal length of studies. It is run by the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY) and funded by ESPA 2021-2027 (programme "Human Resources and Social Cohesion").
The EKP46 call (Greek: ΕΚΠ46) to IKY was published on 07/05/2025 (ADA Ψ0ΤΦΗ-1Η4), with total public funding of €6,960,000 for about 130 scholars. The amount per scholar, the selection terms and the application will be set by a joint ministerial decision of the Ministries of Education and of National Economy and Finance and by an IKY call, which have not been issued yet (checked 09/10/2026).
