What it is
The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA) awards scholarships every year, by selection, from the income of the bequests and donations it manages. For the 2025-2026 academic year it announced two lists: - 11 bequests for undergraduate studies in Greece, with a monthly scholarship of €160 to €400; - 7 bequests for postgraduate studies in Greece or abroad, for graduates, with a monthly scholarship of €200 (Greece) to €792.37 (abroad).
Each bequest sets its own beneficiaries: students or graduates of a specific school or department, people from a specific area, students with limited means, or by entry rank or progress in studies. Some bequests cover students of all Greek universities.
