Free Tax and Benefit-Application Help for Economically Vulnerable Residents of the Dodecanese (South Aegean Region)

The South Aegean Region has contracted the social cooperative enterprise "Oikonomologoi Dodekanisou" to carry out free tax and accounting work for people in the Dodecanese who are certified by a public authority as economically vulnerable or socially excluded. The service covers: the income tax return, the A21 child benefit, the Minimum Guaranteed Income, the heating allowance, the housing allowance, the transport equivalent, the maternity allowance, debt settlement, the unseizable bank account, the TAXISnet key number, social tourism, the social electricity tariff, the unemployment card and benefit, vehicle deregistration, the cost-of-living cheque and Market Pass. The current cycle runs from 1/8/2026 to 31/7/2027 (the previous one covered 16/6/2025 to 31/5/2026). The citizen pays nothing; the Region pays the contract (EUR 20,000 a year).
