Glucose test strips, needles, consumables, insulin pumps, etc. — monthly quantities and unit price per item in an Annex of the Government Gazette (FEK); zero patient contribution (0%) for diabetes supplies. Frequency/limit: monthly quantities per item as set in the Annex in force (latest amendment FEK B' 5139/30.07.2026); an insulin pump is replaced after 5 years.
