What it is
The Municipality of Souli pays a one-off €1,000 for every child born on or after 1 January 2026. It is for married couples, couples in a civil partnership and single-parent families who are permanent residents and registered citizens of the Municipality of Souli, provided the annual family income (or the individual income, for a single-parent family) does not exceed €30,000. If the parents are separated or divorced, the parent with parental responsibility or custody receives it; with joint custody, the parent they name in a solemn declaration, otherwise it is split equally between both parents. Apply at the Municipality's General Registry; a three-member committee checks the application and the Municipal Committee approves it.
