What it is
Women insured with EOPYY (National Organisation for the Provision of Health Services) directly or as dependants, up to age 50 (from 50 to 54 only with a permit from the National Authority for Medically Assisted Reproduction). Up to 4 completed attempts (with an interval of 4 months between attempts); maximum gonadotropin dose 5,000 IU per attempt; cryopreservation for social reasons may be covered under conditions. Frequency/limit: up to 4 completed attempts, with a mandatory interval of 4 months between attempts. Gonadotropins for men are covered only for hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, prescribed by a urologist or endocrinologist.
