EOPYY Preventive Health Screening and Prenatal Tests (no co-pay)

All EOPYY (National Organisation for the Provision of Health Services) insured persons within the age/sex groups set for each test — mammography (women 40-50+), Pap/HPV test, PSA (men 50-80), cholesterol, blood sugar, colonoscopy/FOBT, vaccinations, prenatal screening for pregnant women. No co-payment at all by the beneficiary (0%). Frequency/limit: Mammography: every 2 years (age 40-50) or every year (50+, or 35+ at high risk); Pap test: every year for all women, or HPV-DNA every 5 years (age 21-60); PSA: every 2 years (men aged 50-60) or every year (60-80); Cholesterol: every 5 years (age 15-30) or every 3 years (30+); faecal FOBT: every 2 years (age 50-70); colonoscopy every 5 years (50+) or every year (40+ at high risk); Blood sugar/HbA1c: every 5 years (15-50) or every 3 years (50+), every 2 years at high risk; Prenatal screening: 1 level-II ultrasound + nuchal translucency scan per pregnancy, blood/genetic tests as needed; Vaccinations: according to the National Vaccination Programme (not detailed further in the EKPY, the Unified Health Benefits Regulation)
