Insured people with diagnosed hearing loss (usually 50-80dB), children/teenagers, people with a disability rating of ≥67%, adults with specific ENT indications; for glasses: insured people in general
€450 (one hearing aid) / €900 (two hearing aids) every four years; up to €100 for prescription glasses

What it is
Insured people with diagnosed hearing loss (usually 50-80dB), children/teenagers, people with a disability rating of ≥67%, adults with specific ENT indications; for glasses: insured people in general. Application period: ongoing (benefit request submitted through the EOPYY (National Organisation for the Provision of Health Services) e-DAPY service or with the AMKA (social security number)).
For keratoconus EOPYY provides a special keratoconus lens replaced every six months (reimbursement up to €75 per lens). Contact lenses: up to €25 per lens. Hearing-aid repairs are not reimbursed separately: they are covered by the supplier's contract and the hearing aid's warranty.
